We are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistant to join Ardleigh Green Infant School from September. There is the possibility of this role starting sooner. This is initially offered on a one year fixed term contract but there is the potential to extend.
Recently rated 'Outstanding' on their latest Ofsted (May 2024) this is an exciting time to join the school as they commence their next chapter.
About the school:

4. Part of local academy trust - opportunities for CPD and progression
5. Excellent local transport links bus & tube
Responsibilities will include:
6. Supporting children in small groups and 1-1
7. Work with the class teacher to provide support where needed
8. Be able to communicate effectively
9. Be aware of any safeguarding concerns and know how to report them
10. Behaviour management
To be successful you will have:
11. Experience working with children
12. Excellent time management
13. Effective communication
14. Be able to provide two recent satisfactory references
15. An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one (we will support with the application)
