The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.

This includes 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching, all specialist areas requiring a dedicated point of contact for the team. The role demands a highly organized and methodical individual with strong communication skills, capable of planning and managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
The successful candidate will ensure the team can support all clients across various media globally. This requires high competency in managing and multitasking projects with diverse deadlines and requirements. Effective planning, record-keeping, proactive organization based on business priorities, and clear communication with stakeholders are essential. Regular updates to team leaders and project managers are also required to maintain workflow clarity.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from any business area, plan, and oversee the delivery of all image assets.
* Develop positive, proactive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges to prioritize effectively.
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review, and production processes.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, with clear visibility of job statuses.
* Keep team members updated on project statuses.
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Ensure briefs are detailed and accurate, with all necessary assets provided.
* Act as a communication link between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage the accounts system, including raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance imagery.
* Ensure estimates are approved before work begins and invoices are issued promptly.
Skills
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. A keen interest in CG and photography, a willingness to learn relevant software, and strong personal qualities such as decision-making, communication, problem-solving, and a positive attitude are essential.
