Job Title: PDI Vehicle Technician
Location: PDI Centre, Chapelhouse St. Helens
Salary: Up to £35,000 OTE dependent upon experience
Chapelhouse will also pay for you and your family to visit our staff company apartment in Cala D'or, Mallorca for 1 week upon sign up

Key Tasks And Responsibilities:
To carry out inspections on new and used vehicle and identify defects and carrying out service repairs when authorised. While working to recommended manufacturer standards.
Main Job Duties:
* Carry out PDI's on a wide range of new and used cars at our preparation site
* Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
* Ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and thoroughly
* Once PDI is complete, upload information onto our vehicle preparation software accurately
* Following assignments through to completion, meeting deadlines, and delivering on promises
* Work efficiently, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience And Qualifications Required For The Role
Essential:
* Time served experience within in Vehicle Mechanics,
* Positive, 'can do' attitude, and willingness to work as part of an effective team.
* Relevant qualification in light vehicle maintenance and repairs (at least ideally level 3) and/or time served vehicle technician
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Be able to carry 82-point check (road & ramp inspection)
* Be able to work to deadlines and maintain a consistent level of performance
Desirable:
* MOT tester.
