Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor
High-Rise Residential, North London
We are currently working with a well-established residential developer seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of high-rise residential developments in London.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key commercial responsibilities across major residential schemes, working closely with project and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully from procurement through to final account.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing subcontractor procurement including tender preparation, analysis and negotiation
* Preparing and issuing subcontractor packages and orders
* Managing subcontractor valuations and payment processes
* Monitoring project costs and preparing cost reports and forecasts
* Supporting commercial management across high-rise residential developments
* Assisting with value engineering and cost control initiatives
* Maintaining accurate commercial documentation and reporting
* Supporting agreement of final accounts with subcontractors
Requirements:
* Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor
* Essential experience on high-rise residential developments
* Strong understanding of subcontractor procurement and commercial management
* Good financial and cost reporting skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within project teams
Package:
* Salary up to £60,000
* car Allowance £6,000
* 10% Annual Bonus and additional non-contractual bonus
