About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager
at
School Jotter
, you'll play a key part in ensuring our schools are happy, engaged, and getting the most from their websites. You'll build relationships with existing customers, check in with them regularly, and make sure they're satisfied with our service – all while working from home during school-friendly hours.
Your main goal? Keep our customers happy so they stay with us year after year.
What You'll Do
* Make regular calls to existing school customers
* Gather feedback, check satisfaction levels, and solve minor issues
* Identify opportunities for upselling or further support
* Ensure customers feel valued, supported, and heard
* Keep accurate notes and follow up where needed
What We're Looking For
* A friendly, confident phone manner
* Strong communication and people skills
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own schedule
* Comfortable using basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, etc.)
* Experience in account management, customer service or sales is a plus
