To join us as a Community Care Assistant, you don’t need prior experience as we’ll train you with all the skills you need. Responsibilities
* Provide sleepovers and waking nights in client homes
* Build a relationship and routine with clients to support their well-being
* Provide companionship
* Support with personal care
* Help with mobility and staying active
* Assist with medication or specialist needs
* Help around the home with housekeeping and cooking
* Run errands such as shopping or picking up prescriptions
* Use a smartphone to operate the company app
Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence and own car
* Warm, patient and compassionate with a positive can-do attitude
* No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided
* Willingness to make a genuine difference in clients' lives
