About the role You’ll be part of our Customer Success team, helping new customers set up and get the most out of Paiger – our business development platform for recruiters. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll: Onboard new customers, run setup calls, and make sure they see value fast Build relationships with agency owners and recruiters across the UK and beyond Train users on how to use Paiger for business development, content and automation Liaise with our product and support teams to make onboarding seamless About you We’re looking for someone who: Has experience in recruitment (agency) but is ready for a new challenge Enjoys talking to people and building relationships Is organised, proactive, and comfortable running client sessions Can manage multiple projects at once and stay calm under pressure Location & working pattern Our office is in Loughton, Essex – right by the Central Line.
