Conveyancer – Qualified or Experienced (Minimum 2 Years' Caseload Experience) This growing residential property practice regulated by the CLC is seeking a Conveyancer to join its expanding team. The firm welcomes applications from both qualified Conveyancers and experienced non-qualified Conveyancers who can confidently manage their own caseload. A minimum of two years' hands-on conveyancing experience is essential. The Role: Successful Residential Conveyancers will manage conveyancing files independently, supported by New Business and Post-Completion teams to ensure smooth workflow and an excellent client experience. Caseloads are capped at sixty files to maintain quality and reduce burnout. The firm uses LEAP as its case management system, providing streamlined processes and effective documentation control. About You: To be considered for this Residential conveyancing role you must have at least two years’ experience of managing freehold and leasehold conveyancing files independently. You will work as part of a team of around 12 people, delivering a high quality of client care. Why Join?
