We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals capable of working in a multi-disciplinary context to deliver positive outcomes for young people, families, adults, and communities.
As a Youth, Family and Community Learning Worker, you will collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver social and personal development opportunities to improve life chances and achieve positive outcomes in various settings, including communities, YFCL establishments, and schools.
You will participate in building and maintaining effective partnerships to ensure service delivery within a local area or project.
