Duties
* Provide reactive and proactive customer service
* Provide admin and collateral support to external staff
* Support customers / visitors as they come on site
* Issue correspondence and technical information
* Process orders
* Diary management
* Update CRM
* Reporting
Qualifications
* Previous, office-based Administration or Customer Service experience, ideally within a regulated industry.
* Well organised, IT literate and have good communication and customer service skills.
Working Hours
Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00. Up to 2 days a week may be worked from home.

Location
Accessible by public transport from most parts of Telford, and also reachable from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Shifnal, Ironbridge, Newport.
