We are looking for a Customer Demand Planning Manager for a FMCG business based in West London. The Customer Demand Planning Manager will play a pivotal role in driving demand collaboration with grocery customers.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can analyse promotional performance, collaborate closely with the Sales team, and provide insightful analytics and storytelling to communicate key trends. The successful candidate will lead S&OP processes, engage with factories and work cross-functionally to develop long-range forecasts and mid-term plans.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the Demand Manager for three key customers, driving customer-facing demand collaboration
* Conduct in-depth analytics and diagnostics, with a focus on promotional performance
* Partner closely with the Sales team to align demand planning strategies
* Lead S&OP processes and provide compelling analytics and storytelling to communicate big picture trends
* Collect and share Brand plans and ambitions, providing insights to stakeholders
* Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
* Actively participate in the Extended Supply Chain Leadership team, contributing to strategic initiatives
Requirements
* Proven ability to be a self-starter, driven by curiosity to understand and improve processes
* Exceptional stakeholder management and persuasion skills
* Demonstrated competence as a line manager and coach, with a focus on team member development
* Advanced data analysis skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUPs, SUMIF, and Pivot tables
* Comfort dealing with multi-dimensional complexity, analysing data from customer, SKU, brand, and format perspectives
* Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects
* Previous line management experience and exposure to working in a cross-functional matrix structure
* FMCG and demand planning experience, particularly with grocery customers, is highly desirable
Salary Bracket
£60,000 - £65,000 + £6,000 car allowance + bonus + pension + healthcare
This is a hybrid role where you will be in the office 3 days a week
