About Us: We are a specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor, delivering high-end bespoke projects across the commercial, hospitality, and residential sectors. Due to continued growth, were looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team and oversee exciting joinery-led interior projects from conception through to completion.
The Role: As a Project Manager, youll take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of joinery and fit-out projects. Youll lead site and workshop teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality, safety, and programme targets are met all while maintaining the highest client satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end delivery of bespoke joinery and fit-out projects
Oversee site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget
Coordinate design, production, and installation phases with internal and external teams
Liaise closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical or commercial issues
Prepare and monitor project programmes, progress reports, and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with company quality, health & safety, and environmental policies
Drive efficiency and continuous improvement across all aspects of delivery
About You:
Proven experience managing joinery or interior fit-out projects (commercial, hospitality, or high-end residential)
Strong technical understanding of bespoke joinery, materials, and installation techniques
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
SMSTS and CSCS qualifications desirable
Background in carpentry, joinery, or construction management preferred
