We’re seeking a highly qualified Senior Programme Manager to join our our dynamic CIO Delivery team. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex programmes—or a portfolio of interrelated projects—that could span across digital, technology, data, or a combination of these areas. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring successful programme outcomes by driving delivery against key milestones, KPIs, and governance standards. This is a high-impact role where your leadership will directly influence strategic transformation initiatives across the organisation.
You’ll bring proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams and navigating enterprise-level governance, while building positive relationships with senior stakeholders and technical leaders. From developing robust business cases to mitigating delivery risks and managing dependencies, your ability to drive clarity, cohesion, and timely execution will be essential. If you're motivated by making tangible change, thrive in complex environments, and are passionate about driving excellence in programme delivery—this is your opportunity to lead from the front.
