What You'll Be Doing: Leading lessons across EYFS to Year 6 using pre-set plans in the teacher's absence Delivering targeted small-group interventions to boost pupil progress Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Working collaboratively with school teams to ensure smooth, high-impact teaching and learning Bringing positivity and flexibility each day - every school, class, and opportunity will be different!
