Here at Brakes, we have ambitious growth plans and are launching a new offering called ‘Your Way’ within our Independent Sales business. As a Your Way Field Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for winning and maximising business in your very own dedicated neighbourhood of just one square mile.

What will you be doing?
You’ll be solely responsible for the success of your local neighbourhood by:
* Researching your target audience and opportunities
* Building and leveraging strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding customer needs
* Onboarding new customers effectively and maintaining relationships with existing accounts, tracking activity using Salesforce
* Collaborating with your distribution partner/driver to create a strong community team
* Delivering profitable volume growth and hitting targets
* Monitoring competitor and market activity around your neighbourhood to ensure you offer the best solutions, leveraging insights from the largest Foodservice provider in the world
We seek someone capable of winning new business and maximising sales from existing customers. Ideally, you’ll have a background in Field Sales or Account Management, be commercially astute, proficient in Excel, and skilled in building relationships. Most importantly, you must have a passion for sales! Food industry experience is a plus but not essential.
