Salary: Circa £50,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week on-site (based on workload classification)
Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual Citizenship

The Role:
* Support business-winning activities through bidding, proposal generation, and contract negotiations
* Manage and deliver contracts, including change control, problem solving, and customer engagement
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including reporting and representation at meetings
* Maintain and administer commercial systems, ensuring compliance and promoting best practice
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience managing complex, high-value contracts and understanding the full contract lifecycle
* Solid grasp of contract law, IP rights, risk/liability management, and export/import controls
* Proficient in commercial tools and systems, including SAP
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
