Fantastic opportunity to join one of London's brightest agencies as an HR business partner.
Hybrid working (3:2) with offices in a great central London location.
Salary: Between £50,000 and £60,000 dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
* Working as part of an HR team and supporting talented, creative, engaged, high-performing teams, you will be responsible for full generalist HR support as well as partnering with managers to ensure the delivery of day-to-day, 360 degree HR service. Your role will cover
* supporting and coaching managers on employee relations issues
* retention and development
* recruitment and selection
* ensuring compliance and keeping up to date with new legislation and policy change
* reward and recognition
* line managing junior team members
Requirements / Qualifications
* a proven track record of success in an HR/People role within media, agencies or fast-paced client focused businesses
* superb attention to detail
* the ability to engage and communicate confidently and effectively at all levels throughout the business
* strong mentoring skills
