Due to expansion of the business, DCR Electrical Ltd are very excited to be able to offer two full-time Administration Assistant job opportunities - one within the Mechanical & Heating team and one within the Electrical, Solar & Building team.
Responsibilities will include:
· Answering incoming customer calls and assisting with enquiries
· Entering customer data accurately into our CRM system
· Assisting with calendar management for specific departments
· Scheduling appointments for the sales team
· Taking customer payments over the telephone
· Collating and sending handover packs for new installations
· Assisting the Managing Director with P.A. duties, such as diary management, emails and booking travel arrangements
What we are looking for:
· Experience in a busy administrative role
(desired but not essential if you show the right attitude and willingness to learn)
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Methodical, accurate and highly organised
· Ability to work well under pressure
· A genuine desire to help others and deliver high-quality work
· Ambition to grow and develop within a successful, supportive team
· Strong IT skills including Outlook, Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes
Salary:
From £20,800.00 per annum
Hours:
Full-time - 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. Overtime will also be available
