Are you a "People Person" with a technical streak?
At Amamus, we believe coffee should help people flourish. We are hospitality specialists in the corporate workspace sector, blending specialty coffee with precision equipment.
We are looking for an Installation & Events Manager who thrives on interaction. While you’ll need to be handy with a toolkit and understand coffee calibration, this role is truly about relationships. You are the face of our brand—whether you’re troubleshooting a machine for a client or hosting an engaging tasting event for a high-spec London office.
The Role
This is a dual-impact role: ensuring our high-end equipment is flawlessly installed and acting as a Brand Ambassador to create memorable coffee experiences.
The People Side (Events & Account Management):
* Host & Educate: Lead coffee tasting events, demonstrating our equipment and sharing the story of our beans.
* Build Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact during installs, training client teams to make the perfect cup.
* Collaborate: Work closely with our small, ambitious team of 7 to ensure our B Corp values are met in every interaction.
The Technical Side (Installations & Servicing):
* Project Lead: Manage the end-to-end installation process, from site visits and supplier coordination to final handovers.
* Hands-on Tech: Perform machine calibrations, water filter changes, and light maintenance to ensure "trouble-free" coffee.
* Problem Solve: Use your intuition to fix issues on the fly and keep our clients' hospitality running smoothly.
Who You Are
* A Natural Communicator: You enjoy meeting new people and can build rapport with everyone from office managers to CEOs.
* Organised & Independent: You’ll be managing your own schedule and travel across the UK (predominantly London/SE).
* Technically Minded: You’re comfortable using basic tools and don’t mind getting your hands dirty.
* Coffee Lover: Previous barista or coffee equipment experience is a huge plus—you’ll be the one dialling in the perfect espresso!
* Value-Driven: You care about sustainability and doing "what’s right, not what’s easy."
Requirements
* Full UK Driver’s Licence is essential (company van provided for site visits)
* Experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role.
* Strong organisational skills and CRM proficiency.
What We Offer
* A purposeful career in a certified B Corp.
* Full product and technical training.
* Laptop, mobile phone, and all travel expenses covered.
* A supportive, Monday-Friday schedule in a high-growth company.
