1. Deal with day to day telephone and email enquiries from tenants and Clients, in a timely and professional manner
2. To liaise with tenants and Clients as required ensuring a quality service is delivered and a level of customer satisfaction achieved
3. Promote an efficient and professional image to all customers, maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times
4. To make appointments for gas, electric and plumbing jobs from email enquiries and Housing online portal
5. Daily call round to confirm appointments to prevent high no access rate
6. Ensure adequate and clear job notes and instructions are provided.
7. Prioritise allocation of emergency and vulnerable tenant jobs
8. To provide a maintained level of tolerance when dealing with vulnerable and elderly customers
9. To build and maintain professional working relationships with those inside and outside of the business
Experience
10. Ability to provide excellent customer service.
11. Excellent written & verbal communication
12. Ability to understand and retain new information and skills
13. Good attention to detail
14. Excellent planning skills
15. Able to work as part of a team
16. Decision making and being able to work on own initiative as well being able to find solutions
17. Ability to multitask and adapt using various applications
18. Good IT skills including experience of using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel.
