Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including: - Booking in and returning customer vehicles. - Inspecting vehicles for damage before handover to the Bodyshop. - Providing regular updates to customers on the progress of their vehicles. - Booking estimates and maintaining a daily diary. - Updating electronic insurer systems. - Invoicing and debt control. - Ensuring all telephone inquiries and bookings are handled courteously and professionally. - Managing courtesy car planning. - Assisting with the day-to-day administration of the Bodyshop. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in administration and customer service.
