Payroll Analyst (Interim Role -2-3 Months)

Day Rate: 150 - 175 per day
Working:Full-time, Hybrid Role
Contract Length: 2-3 months
Eaton Syalon are partnering with a Nottingham-based organisation to recruit a Payroll Analyst to support their Payroll team on a short-term project. This role will play a key part in assisting with the transition to a new payroll system, ensuring data accuracy and supporting the payroll team during the implementation phase.
Our client is seeking a candidate who is available to start immediately and can commit to the full duration of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Auditing payroll data from the current system and assisting with migration to the new payroll platform
* Ensuring payroll data is accurately entered and validated within the new system
* Maintaining and reviewing payroll records to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Identifying and correcting payroll data discrepancies
* Supporting the Head of Payroll during the parallel run phase of the system implementation
* Assisting with data checks and reporting using Excel
Requirements:
* Essential experience using iTrent payroll software
* Strong Excel skills with the ability to review and analyse large data sets
* Previous experience working within a payroll function
* Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
* Ability to start immediately and commit to a 23 month contract
