Pay: £11.65 – £12.33 per hour

Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your duties will include:
* Assisting residents with daily personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Supporting mobility and physical activities
* Encouraging social interaction and engagement
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Helping with meals and refreshments
* Monitoring and recording residents' well-being
* Working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care

Available Positions:
* 1 Full-time Night Carer (immediate start)
* 1 Full-time Day Carer (immediate start)
* Bank (Temporary) Care Assistants – flexible shifts available
Shift Patterns:
* 12-hour shifts
* 8-hour shifts
* Night shifts
* Weekend availability required
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in a care role (preferred)
* Language: Fluent English (required)
* Work Authorisation: Must be eligible to work in the UK
