Monday to Thursday | 06:00 - 15:30
We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Paint Sprayer to join a busy manufacturing operation in Worksop. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled paint sprayer with experience working on large commercial vehicles who takes pride in producing high-quality work.
The Role
You will be responsible for preparing, masking, and spraying large commercial vehicles to a high standard, ensuring quality, safety, and production targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and mask vehicles ready for painting
* Carry out paint spraying on large commercial vehicles
* Complete light preparation work and general paint shop duties
* Work efficiently to production line takt times
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality
* Identify and report quality concerns proactively
* Follow all health & safety procedures, including correct PPE usage
* Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the paint shop
* Support colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Work flexibly across different areas of the production facility when required
Requirements:
* Essential: Previous experience spraying commercial vehicles
* Experience spraying HGVs, buses, coaches, trailers, plant machinery, or similar large equipment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
* Ability to work to production deadlines and targets
* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
* Positive attitude and strong team-working skills
* Flexible approach to overtime and changing business requirements
