Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Prepare and process payment runs in line with company policies. Ensure all purchase ledger transactions comply with financial regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records. Assist with month-end close processes and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice and payment queries. Support the accounting and finance department with ad-hoc administrative tasks. Profile A Successful Accounts Assistant Should Have Previous experience in a similar accounting or finance role within the professional services industry.
