If so, join our Corporate & Environmental Law team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-value, high-impact legal work for the Council.
About The Role: This is a part-time permanent position of 25 hours per week with the place of work based at County Hall, Loughborough Road, West Bridgford. You’ll provide expert advice on a wide range of commercial property matters and support the Council’s target of securing £118.3 million in capital receipts over the next four years, working closely with service departments and senior officers on complex projects. Hybrid working with some office attendance and remote work opportunities subject to service needs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Advising on commercial property transactions and legal strategies.
* Supporting major project land developments and property disposals with some acquisitions.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and best practice.
* Contributing to the Council’s strategic goals through sound legal guidance.

While previous commercial property and public sector experience is an advantage, it’s not essential—we provide full training and support for those new to commercial property and/or local government.
