We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to lead and elevate the social presence of a premium, fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand in the luxury space. As our client's first dedicated social media hire, you’ll play a central role in shaping and growing their global social presence. Reporting to the Head of Communications and working within a collaborative Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing a compelling social media strategy that drives engagement, builds brand affinity, and showcases their unique story to the world. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to lay the foundations for a wider social team. You’ll be managing content creation, community engagement, performance analytics, and agency relationships - all while championing the voice of the brand across key platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Faceboo k. What you'll do Develop and implement a creative, data-driven social media strategy tailored to a global audien ce.Oversee daily social media operations: scheduling, publishing, and community manageme nt.Collaborate with internal creative, PR, and digital teams, plus external content partne rs.Produce long-form, episodic content to deepen storytelling and community connecti on.Manage agency and freelancer relationships, including budgets and deliverabl es.Partner with digital marketing to align organic and paid social strategi es.Stay ahead of trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and creati ve.Analyse performance data and report on KPIs to inform ongoing improvemen ts.Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all content reflects the brand's values and visual identi ty.Respond to customer and media inquiries via social channels in collaboration with internal tea ms.Explore partnership opportunities and think outside of the box to continue growing the communi ty. Who you ar eYou have proven experience managing social media for a premium or fast-growing brand (in-house or agency si de).Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies, especially Instagram, YouTube, and Tik Tok.Experience working with agencies/freelancers and managing content production budg ets.Creative flair for storytelling and campaign ideation, matched with strong copywriting ski lls.Analytical mindset, with experience using tools to track, report, and optimise social performa nce.Collaborative, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environm ent.Knowledge of luxury goods or e-commerce is a plus - but a passion for storytelling and community-building is essent ial.
