The Role:
* Deliver engaging and interactive Science lessons to GCSE students.
* Differentiate teaching strategies to support students of all abilities.
* Prepare students for exams, ensuring they reach their full potential.
* Use a range of teaching methods, including practical experiments and digital resources.
* Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt lesson plans accordingly.
* Maintain high standards of classroom management, fostering a positive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance student success.
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) in Science, specialising in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
* Experience teaching GCSE Science (preferred, but ECTs are welcome to apply).
* A passion for science and a commitment to inspiring students.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* The ability to provide a ten-year career history, with references covering the last two years, including your most recent role.
