What We’re Looking For We’re looking for an experienced commercial leader who can combine strategic vision with hands-on delivery. You’ll bring deep procurement expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to influence at the highest levels in a complex, high-profile environment. MCIPS Level 6 Membership (Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply). Extensive experience managing high-value Indirect categories (ICT, security, facilities management). Proven track record of leading commercial teams in the public sector with a data-led, strategic approach. Strong leadership and people management skills, including driving change and fostering an inclusive culture. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate clearly to diverse audiences. Expertise in complex procurements, ensuring compliance with UK public sector regulations and delivering value for money. Strategic problem-solving skills with a focus on risk management and commercial outcomes.
