Known for delivering complex, high-value public sector projects — including schools, healthcare facilities, civic buildings, and community infrastructure — they pride themselves on quality, collaboration, and innovation. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work across the east of Scotland, they are now looking to appoint a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial function on live construction projects from procurement to final account Prepare, submit, and negotiate interim and final valuations Monitor project budgets and provide accurate cost forecasting Procure subcontractors and manage their accounts Work closely with site teams, planners, and design teams to drive project success Ensure full compliance with contract terms Requirements Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment - the role may be suited to someone from a Tier 2 background looking to make the leap up.
