Are you an experienced CIMA-qualified Financial Controller looking for a hands‑on leadership role within a forward‑thinking and values‑driven organisation?

The Role
Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day financial operations, oversee a dedicated finance team, and play a key role in developing and improving systems, controls, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly management accounts across multiple entities
* Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
* Produce insightful management reports including KPIs, variance analysis, and project profitability
* Manage ERP financial elements (Microsoft Business Central)
* Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash management
* Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with VAT, payroll, and pension requirements
* Drive process improvements and support business growth initiatives
About You
* CIMA‑qualified (or equivalent) with proven experience in manufacturing
* Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Business Central
* Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical ability
* Confident communicator and collaborative team player
* Highly organised and proactive in a fast‑paced environment
