If you’re someone who can influence senior leaders, champion wellbeing and inclusion, and bring data-driven insights to the table, this could be your next great move.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the delivery of projects aligned with the business and people strategy in partnership with the People Partner – National Practices.

2. Coach and challenge leaders to improve performance and make data-informed decisions.

3. Own the delivery of cyclical People programmes (e.g. salary reviews, talent planning, appraisals, early careers).

4. Translate region-wide People strategy into actionable plans for local teams.

5. Partner with Global Centres of Expertise (COEs) to lead people-related projects and support Wellbeing and CEI strategies.

6. Share best practices and learnings across the People Team.

7. Influence from a portfolio perspective within the wider People Operations Partner team.

What You’ll Bring

8. Independent thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

9. Excellent communication and influencing abilities, especially with senior leaders.

10. Experience working in a matrix organisation with diverse stakeholders.

11. Confidence to build strong, independent relationships and have honest conversations.

12. A commitment to fostering continuous learning and leadership development.

13. Background in a professional services environment.

14. Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to change.

15. Ability to analyse data and drive change based on insights.

16. A genuine passion for being an advocate of the People Team.
