Product & Relationship Manager – Lead the Future of Our White label Partnerships
Are you a strong, forward-thinking Product Manager with a passion for building brilliant digital experiences? Do you thrive at the intersection of product innovation, commercial growth, and exceptional partner relationships? If so, this is your opportunity to take the lead on one of our most important strategic partnerships.
We’re looking for a Product & Relationship Manager to become the driving force behind our white label and wider partnership product portfolio. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you’ll shape the product vision, influence key stakeholders, and deliver solutions that generate real value for customers and partners alike.
The Role:
As the Product & Relationship Manager, you’ll act as the key partner for our Sage and other white label partnership product suites, defining and delivering a bold, customer-centric roadmap. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the relevant Business teams to explore new revenue opportunities, expand into new markets, and ensure our partnership continues to grow from strength to strength.
This is your chance to unite finance, marketing, sales, technical teams, operations, design, and business strategy around a shared product vision, one that delivers measurable growth and brilliant user experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own the Sage product relationship—leading product and proposition development and ensuring outstanding channel performance.
* Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring clarity, alignment, and momentum across teams.
* Partner cross-functionally with marketing, CX, delivery, design, engineering, BA teams, and operations to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
* Act as the customer advocate, representing the needs of Sage and their end-customers throughout the product lifecycle.
* Track KPIs, monitor product performance, and analyse customer journeys to drive engagement, conversion, and continuous improvement.
* Identify growth opportunities, including channel shift, self-serve adoption, and expansion into new markets.
* Stay ahead of the curve with competitive analysis and trend insights.
* Present product updates to senior leadership, influencing decision-making across Sage and the PG Group.
Experience and Knowledge you will need for the role:
Essential Experience
* Strong experience in digital product management with ownership of roadmaps in B2B2C or consumer-focused platforms.
* Proven ability as a Business Relationship Manager in a B2B environment.
* Deep background in digital UX, CRO, agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
* Hands-on experience with tools like Hotjar, GA4, CMS platforms, and A/B testing suites.
* Ability to lead multidisciplinary squads across product, design, CX, and delivery.
* A track record of driving digital engagement and measurable product growth.
Desirable Experience
* Technical background or strong experience working closely with engineering teams.
* Familiarity with UX/UI and user-centered design best practices.
