About You You are a dedicated and passionate early years professional who:
Holds a DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above
Has strong knowledge of the EYFS, enabling you to work as a Key Person
Plans and delivers high-quality, engaging learning experiences through play
Observes, assesses, and records childrens development to support progress
Is committed to safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported
Enjoys working collaboratively with children, parents, and colleagues, building positive and effective relationships
