Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. Duties
* Provide administrative support to management and team members, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
* Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up to date.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, presentations, and communication.
* Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
* Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing to a positive work environment.
* Manage clerical duties such as typing correspondence and preparing reports.
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential, with a preference for candidates who have administrative experience.
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
* Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
