10. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
11. Experience in highway design, including alignment, grading, drainage, and pavement design.
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
13. Ability to prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation.
14. Current UK experience within a public, private, or third sector UK-based client.
15. Understanding of CDM regulations.
16. A full UK driving license is essential.
17. Qualifications such as HND, HNC, BEng, MEng or equivalent in a relevant discipline are advantageous.
18. IEng or CEng accreditation is desirable.
