Residential Property Solicitor, Bristol

You will run a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files involving sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new build properties. You will have proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions. Applications from relocators will be considered but you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Bristol area.
