What You’ll Be Doing
As an IT Engineer (Level 2), you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent technical support and ensuring our clients stay happy, secure, and productive.
✅ Own 1st–2nd line issues and assist with 3rd line or projects under the guidance of senior team members
✅ Manage client systems - Windows Desktop/Server, Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, and VOIP
✅ Support IT projects, including system upgrades and cloud migrations
✅ Configure and deploy hardware/software with tidy, well-documented setups
✅ Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
✅ Flag potential upsell opportunities to the wider team
✅ Keep tickets accurate, clear, and up to date in HaloPSA
