* Oversees the entire service lifecycle to ensure standards are met
* Escalation point for Network Tower
* Strives to improve customer satisfaction
* Overall team management
* Establish and maintain service governance framework
* Manage vendor relationships and performance
* Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs
Mandatory Skills
Proven strong experience as a Delivery Manager along with networking experience.
