Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead to spearhead our UK-based Presales Early Career Program. This role is ideal for a passionate team lead who thrives on developing talent, fostering business acumen, and building a high-performing team from the ground up. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring a cohort of early-career professionals, guiding them through their initial journey and preparing them to grow into impactful roles across the organization.
As the recruitment process for our new cohort will start straight after you join, the team will be there to support you during the assessment center.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
* Recruitment & Onboarding
o Design and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top young talent into the Presales function.
o Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to manage candidate pipelines and selection processes.
o Lead onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth and engaging transition into the organization.
* Training & Development
o Develop and deliver a structured training curriculum focused on Presales fundamentals, business acumen, and consultative selling.
o Facilitate hands-on learning experiences, shadowing opportunities, and certifications.
o Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance assessments.
* Team Leadership & Growth
o Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
o Identify and nurture high-potential individuals, preparing them for future roles within the organization.
o Manage team performance and career progression, ensuring alignment with business needs.
* Program Evolution
o Continuously refine the Young Professionals Program based on feedback, business priorities, and market trends.
o Partner with senior stakeholders to align program outcomes with strategic goals.
o Plan for successive cohorts, ensuring a sustainable talent pipeline.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Presales, Sales Enablement, or Talent Development.
* Demonstrated success in leading teams and developing early-career professionals.
* Strong understanding of business strategy, customer engagement, and solution selling.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
* Passion for mentoring and building future leaders.
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent in English (C1/C2)
