About you: NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in an appropriate subject GCSE English Language (Grade A-C) or Essential Skills Level 2 or higher in Communication GCSE Maths (Grades A-C) or Essential Skills Level 2 or higher in Application of Number, or NICATS Access Maths modules At least 12 months' experience working one-to-one with young people or adults in FE or HE environments Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or additional barriers to learning Proven ability to deliver study skills and support behavioural challenges Ability to travel between campuses as required What you'll do: Provide tailored in-class support to learners in small groups or one-to-one Recognise and address barriers to learning Support students in literacy, numeracy, communication, and IT skills Manage challenging behaviour and make reasonable adjustments for individuals Prepare progress reports to monitor student development Organise drop-in sessions to offer additional guidance and support This is a fantastic chance to step into a rewarding role where you can truly impact learners' educational journeys.
