NHS Scotland invites applications for a Band 6 Specialist Physiotherapist to join our Acute Medical Team at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee. The team has weekend working commitments focusing on front door areas including ED, Acute Admissions and short stay units. You will play a vital role in the rapid assessment, rehabilitation, and safe discharge of patients in acute medicine. We work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team and are committed to high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centred care. We are proud to be an exemplar site for early adoption of the Discharge Without Delay programme.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development of physiotherapy pathways within your chosen specialty.
* Provide clinical supervision and teaching for colleagues and students.
* Take part in service and quality improvement initiatives.

Hours of Work: 37 hours. Part time would be considered.
