As a Loyalty Programme Coordinator based in our Warwick office (3 days a week, 2 days remote), you’ll be responsible for:
1. Assisting the Loyalty Programme Manager with the day-to-day operations of the loyalty program, ensuring smooth program administration, processing member enquiries and maintaining accurate member records and program data.
2. Support the development and execution of program communication initiatives and assisting with member outreach and engagement activities.
3. Analyse the program data for insight to then report and assist with program optimisation.
4. Provide excellent customer service to program members, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
5. Administration/coordination experience is essential
6. Loyalty/Marketing background is preferable
7. Attention to detail, organised, good communication and customer service skills
8. Excel skills, ability to analyse data and support with reporting data
9. Proactive nature, ability to learn, an interest in Loyalty and supporting customers
