Small Format Print Finisher Location: Harlow, Essex Salary: DOE Company: Leading Digital Print and Display Company. Role: This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in the final stages of production ensuring every job leaves the production facility finished to the highest standard. You’ll work with cutting-edge equipment like Konica Minolta, Xerox etc. Contributing to a wide variety of projects including brochures, promotional products, display products etc Responsibilities: * Operate small format printing equipment efficiently and safely * Maintain high-quality print standards and attention to detail * Troubleshoot minor equipment issues * Assist with finishing processes (cutting, laminating, folding etc.) * Learn and support large format printing operations as training progresses * Ensure workspace is clean and organized Requirements: * Proven experience operating small format printers (Konica Minolta, Xerox) * Experience operating guillotines, laminating etc * Strong attention to detail and quality * Willingness to learn and grow into large format printing * Good organizational and teamwork skills * Basic technical troubleshooting skills Apply: Please email your full CV details to us.
