ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Weekend Receptionist at our Barchester care home, you'll provide the warm welcome that helps ensure every resident and visitor feels at home with us. As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive and friendly environment. Your responsibilities include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing the reception area, and showing prospective residents and their families around. You may also perform administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying, and filing.
ABOUT YOU
You should be professional, caring, courteous, and well-organised. A genuine interest in our residents and a commitment to making visitors feel at home are essential. No formal qualifications are required, but strong communication skills and a good telephone manner are necessary.
