Key responsibilities:

* Deliver academic skills support through tutorials, workshops, and digital platforms.
* Monitor student engagement and progress.
* Facilitate student voice activities and promote participation in surveys.

* Stay up to date with developments in teaching, learning, and digital technologies.
* Support recruitment, transition, and engagement activities across UCR.

The successful candidate will:

* Hold a minimum Level 6 qualification (ideally in a science or land-based discipline).
* Have a recognised teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one.
* Demonstrate experience supporting students in a higher education setting.
* Be confident working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
* Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Teams.

We can offer you:

* 35 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* A two-week festive/New Year shut down
* Generous pension scheme with an employer contribution of 20.8%
* Enhanced sick pay of up to 6 months full pay depending upon service
* On site gym membership available
* Pluxee reward scheme
