The Job As a Learner Engagement Manager (or Senior Manager depending on your experience), you will take ownership of driving learner recruitment, outreach, and engagement across a range of funded programmes including Adult Skills, ASF (Adult Skills Fund), Skills Bootcamps, AEB, and community employability pathways. Your responsibilities include: Managing the full learner engagement process from enquiry to enrolment Developing engagement strategies to maximise sign-ups across employability and Adult Skills programmes Leading outreach and partnership building with Jobcentres, local authorities, charities, and community organisations Promoting Skills Bootcamps and ASF programmes through online and in-person channels Managing multiple Bootcamp cohorts each month and ensuring strong conversion rates Ensuring compliance, eligibility checks, and high-quality learner onboarding Working cross-functionally with delivery, operations, and compliance teams Senior Level: Leading, supporting, and motivating a small engagement team to exceed recruitment and engagement targets This role is hybrid with travel across West Yorkshire for events, job fairs, outreach sessions, and partner meetings.
