Business Development Manager\n\n£55,000-£75,000\n\nEdinburgh\n\nWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join a rapidly growing FM, Building Services & Compliance Specialist Group. \n\nIn this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our client base, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, craft innovative solutions, and execute strategies that align with our company goals.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDevelop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.\nIdentify and pursue new market opportunities and potential clients.\nBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.\nConduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.\nCollaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions.\nNegotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.\nMonitor and report on key performance metrics and market insights.Qualifications:\n\nProven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.\nStrong understanding of [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering, etc.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nAbility to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.\nStrategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.\nProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)Interested?
