As a Sales Leader, you will:
1. Build and develop relationships with customers
2. Maximise the profitability of your accounts and win new business

4. Use your product knowledge and customer service skills to promote the company as a supplier of choice
5. Leverage relevant sales experience as a top salesperson and knowledge of the Nottingham market
6. Demonstrate fantastic interpersonal skills, feeling comfortable communicating with all members of the internal business and customers
7. Report and hit targets confidently, with good Excel/Google Sheets skills
8. Remain calm under pressure and be someone the team can look to for advice and guidance
9. Be proactive with a ‘let’s get it done’ attitude
Qualifications and requirements:
1. Familiarity with lead management and data performance
2. Ability to manage agent compliance in line with industry best practices
3. Capability to manage agent performance and growth
4. Experience in strategic sales planning and implementing sales strategies
5. Energy to work efficiently and accurately in a pressurized sales environment
6. Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player
7. Proven management abilities in a fast-paced environment
8. Excellent organisational and communication skills
