You will have the opportunity to join either the baby room or toddler room as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, supporting children during some of the most important stages of their early development.
Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
* Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging activities and experiences
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children
* Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Observing and monitoring children's progress and development
* Supporting daily routines and promoting children's independence
* Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently maintained
Qualifications
* Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
* Experience working within an early years setting
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework
* A nurturing, child-centred approach to childcare
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for supporting children's development and learning
* Enthusiastic, positive, and committed to providing high-quality care
